2009 HNBA Awards Call for Nominations

The HNBA Board of Governors and the 2009 HNBA Convention Committee hereby request nominations for the following awards, which will be presented during the 2009 HNBA Annual Convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from September 2nd through September 6th, 2009.

1.  Latina Attorney of the Year
2.  Latino Attorney of the Year
3.  Latino (a) Judge of the Year
4.  Lifetime Achievement of the Year
5.  Corporate Partner of the Year
6.  Regional President of the Year
7.  HNBA Affiliate Organization of the Year
8.  Advocate of the Year
9.  Law Student Organization of the Year

The deadline for the submission of nominations shall be July 17h, 209. In order to submit a nomination, you must fill out the enclosed Nomination Application and return it either as a PDF or Word file to Ricardo Aponte Parsi and Christina Vigil by July 17th. Ricardo and Christina are Co-Chairs of the Convention's Awards Subcommittee wich will evaluate the nominations and make awards recommendations to the HNBA Convention Committee. You are required to provide detailed information as to why each individual you are nominating should receive an award with a biography or resume attached to the application form.
