• 3:00 to 3:55 pm - Then There’s The Matter of the Little Test: Preparing For the Bar Exam

Panelists will identifying key components of the exam, strategies for successful preparation and passage, identify critical areas of failure and other mistakes made due to necessity.

• 4:00 to 4:55 pm - What It Takes to Succeed In Law School

Professors share tips on how what they expect and what you must do to excel in law school.

• 5:00 to 5:40 pm - Getting Ready for the Job Fair: Interview Dos and Don’ts

How to work a job fair, scorepoints on an interview, what to avoid, and how to follow up properly to secure a position.

• 5:45 to 6:30 pm - What Does Your Resume Say, Really:Resume Workshop

What your resume says about you and how to say it better - a 20-minute presentation and 25 5-minuteone-on-one counseling sessions (students must bring resumes)

• 6:30 pm to Midnight - Networking Event: Reception, Dinner and Dancing

National Hispanic Cultural Center. Presentation of Latino Lawyer of the Year, the Ohtli and Corporate Partner of the Year Awards. Law students attending law student symposium are free to join all convention participants at this event.
